Nice facilities but unorganized and...
Disliked: My room was double booked, so they said they would reimburse me if I brought my receipt from another hotel in. When I brought the receipt in I got the “check will be in the mail” now over a month later I haven’t received a check.

Liked: Staff was friendly and accommodating
Disliked: 1st room was not cleaned so we had to go down and get another room. Staff quickly got us a new room and made sure it was clean before going up again

Disliked: One of the worst hotel experiences Ive ever had. The staff is never around and when you are able to finally locate them they are incompetent and rude. Definitely would not go back.

Liked: It was close to a lot of things but far enough away to seem like a “quieter location”
Disliked: I’m not sure if it was a hotel issue or a booking.com issue.. we booked a certain type of room online but when we arrived exactly during our arrival window I gave them we were told they didn’t have any King rooms available. Also, they need either carpet or rugs next to the beds because of the linoleum which I didn’t mind other than the bits that made it into my bed from my feet on the floor.
