Great value weekday stay to...

Liked: Location was great - only a 10 to 15 mins drive to the mansions and downtown Newport. Room size of the 2 king suite was very good and water pressure was great. Coffee and tea were available 24/7 at the lobby. Staff were helpful when I had some issues with the WIFI. Housekeeping was quick and efficient - they came by everyday.
Disliked: Wifi was intermittent at times in the Suites building, and there's no breakfast option.

Liked: Off-season price was extremely reasonable and quality accommodations for price. Good location.
Disliked: Little bit loud in hallways.

False advertising / unfinished room

Liked: The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were very small.
Disliked: There is a big gap between the wall and the air-conditioner that you could see outside. There is a broken tile around the shower. There is no rug or any piece of floor covering around the bed, and we had to step on the very cold floor. Overall, the room looked like an office and simply did look like it was ready for guests. The hotel is advertised as cozy and romantic, it definitely isn't. Way overpriced for what we got.
