Liked: The location was great. Ocean less than 50-feet from balcony. COVID placed limits on housekeeping but anytime we needed something it was there by the door later same day.
Disliked: Room interior was a little tired looking. Bed was not comfortable. Bathrooms need some work.

A ?staycation?so memorable and rejuvenating!

Liked: Beautiful setting, grounds clean and safe. Condos comfortable and well equipped. Staff friendly and efficient. Plan to return in the near future.
Disliked: Very close to pool, so hope to get an upper floor next time.

Liked: Hidden gem in Kona! An all-apartment vacation rental building each room has a full kitchen and a huge bathroom- perfect for a long getaway where you don?t want to be squished into a small room or forced to eat out all the time.Our room faced the ocean with great sunsets and full view of the private beach and pool. The beach is a private sand beach- but it is not connected to the water due to rocks. It?s a private beach (only for guests) with lots of beach chairs and tables. The pool is sparking clean and saltwater and is large so guests could spread out. The kitchen was stocked with all sorts of appliances and dishes- all you need is a quick trip to grocery and you can use the outdoor grills on property to grill your fresh catch. The condo itself was clean and had lots of towels and a comfortable bed. The AC was strong and kept us cool even in the warmest of days. Love the underground free parking. Also, seems like the residents or renters are on the older side which we loved because there were no children screaming around the pool all day. Location is a 1.5mi walk from the touristy areas but plenty of parking if you drive. About a 8min drive to Target, Walmart or Safeway and only 3 drive to Da Poke Shack (fantastic poke!). Loved our stay- IMHO this is the best property We have stayed at at any island in 10+ visits to Hawaii.

Liked: Perfect ocean views! Facilities were all in fine condition except the hot tub.
Disliked: The mirror in the second bathroom should be an embarrassment to the owner. Too many sea shells
