Liked: Very clean. Easy to access. Room key is by app on smartphone. Staff were helpful. Room was very clean and completely soundproof. Very comfortable bed with beautifully soft and clean bedding. Excellent shower.
Disliked: Smallest hotel room I have stayed in but okay as not in room long - literally a good base at a fair price from which to explore London's west end and all the theatres and sights. No tea, coffee and water in room. No furniture except a slightly odd large plastic rabbit on which towels were placed. Bit weird. A chair would have been better.

Disliked: Staff were okay, could have been a bit more friendly. There was an annoying little step between the shower part and room - easy to trip up on as the whole room was decorated in a black colour.

Disliked: The carpet was very dirty, there was no kettle for tea or even water to drink in my room, the internet was very poor, I could not take a bath in the morning because there was no water, and today the lamps in my room did not turn on. And the breakfast was very brief, I'm sorry, but my stay at your hotel was not pleasant.

Perfect weekend spot for couples.
