Disliked: Everything the reviews given on this hotel are completely fake. We found roaches in our room and when we told the front they said okay as if it wasnt important. Rooms had no windows. Only a sliding door with no screen.

Disliked: Electrical outlet and kitchen, microwave had an order so we didn’t use it

Fun, relaxing stay with easy...

Liked: Excellent location and enjoyed the convenience of the kitchen as well as the fun of sitting on the balcony. Noisy early in the evening as in a busy restaurant and shopping area but much quieter by about 10 pm
Disliked: Only drawback was that underground parking was difficult to negotiate and we did some damage to our large car. Upper parking deck was fine when we switched to that one

Disliked: Very dated. Room extremely crowded. Could barely get to balcony because the bed was so close to the sliding door. The shower was unacceptable. No hot water and no instructions on how to turn on water (makeshift repair). Kitchen stove could have been cleaner.No ice except down at front desk. No rules at swimming pool so kids took over and were jumping and splashing all day so we adults couldn’t use it. Could not regulate room temperature. Surprised by added “amenities” charge.
