Liked: Breakfast and restaurant were great! Room was excellent!

Liked: I really liked the queen room , it was quite spacious with lots of artwork and the mood light underneath the bed. However the breakfast was meh, the eggs were bland and not seasoned and they refused to top up the small glass of apple juice.The Hot tub was also nice even though getting there and back to the Applause side of the hotel is quite an inconvenience.
Disliked: If you are going to give free breakfast, a tall glass of Juice is adequate.

Exceptional

Liked: Airport shuttle brought us to and from the airport. Breakfast was included.

Liked: I always stay here when I fly through Calgary and it's always been good. I do enjoy the breakfasts. The staff have always been friendly and efficient. The rooms are very well appointed, love the king-size beds and the elaborate showers.

Friendly and convenient to catch...

Liked: Very friendly staff, 5 min from airport by free shuttle.
Disliked: Could hear some slight noises from other rooms or corridor.

Awesome spot

Liked: We really loved our stay at this hotel. We weren't flying, but we normally stay in the airport area because it's a convenient location for us. It was quiet besides the planes (which we are used to), no traffic noise. The room was very nice, our teen loved the lights under the bed. The shower is very modern and I love the triple head. Room is clean and a good size. Beds were comfortable. We didn't get a chance to go to the restaurant but got drinks to the room and the service was speedy. We made use of the roof top hot tubs which were awesome and I love that they are open late (midnight).
Disliked: The only issue we had was that the free breakfast vouchers are for dine in only and only apply to specific menu items. We had a lazy teen who likes breakfast in the room and I have food allergies which makes it hard to pick between a few limited options. We decided to not use the vouchers for these reasons. But they are a really awesome bonus! Just didn't work out for us this time. Also if you're wanting to use the hot tubs try to get a room in that side of the hotel. The other side isn't connected so you have to go down to the lobby and walk past the lounge in your swimsuit or robe haha. We will know for next time.
