Disliked: Shabby. Elec outlets were far from bed and some were broke. Loud and in an unpleasant neighborhood.

Liked: Most of the staff was extremely nice some were really rude the rooms were not that clean and had roaches was out of hot water for days and was not accommodated for my inconvenience I've been here a little over a month and there has been nothing but trouble with the internet the hot water roaches no one has asked to change betting or anything and to try to get anything from the front office is almost impossible
Disliked: I didn't like how they had roaches and how the refrigerator leaked it took me 3 weeks to get a refrigerator in microwave knowing I had children and when I rented the room it said that the refrigerator microwave came with it which I found out was not true they charge for everything extra the prices for the rumor outrageous the prices for pets are outrageous they charge for an extra person $5 a day which is outrageous they have so many things that they want to charge extra for but don't want to keep up with the cleaning this and the roaches and everything else like things are broken the hot water doesn't work half the time the internet shuts on and off the TV doesn't work most of the time

Liked: Tv Roku bed didn't have 2 pillows didn't have 2 sets of towels or rags
Disliked: Polite customer service rooms need proper essentials as rags and towels pillows need to be fluffer

Liked: The color of room was nice
Disliked: No Hot Water. Only one outlet to use. No TV remote. AC made continuous noise. Door was very heavy to close. No one-.to tell. Either. No room phone. No clock. Not all room.had microwave or coffee maker, sign at front desk Bed was ok
