This hotel is great.

Liked: Great location, beautiful and clean room.
Disliked: Nothing, everything was really perfect.

it was just like home....

Liked: the closeness to everything. train, groceries stores, clothes shopping
Disliked: Well equipped kitchen for your stay

I was a bit disappointed...

Liked: The staff were all very friendly and helpfulThe space was very quiet and private and the bed was clean and comfortable
Disliked: My apartment had no view and was somewhat dark and dingy - which being on the 6th floor was a disappointment.There was no information pack on how to access the internet, where to shop/eat times the dining room was available, etc, just a few pages telling you how to use the kitchen appliances in great detail!It was a double apartment, but only had one comfortable chair which was a bit surprising and a rather small desk.

This apartment is a comfortable...

Liked: an excellent location for access to Sutton shopping centre and transport. a clean and spacious apartment.
Disliked: The senior staff member in charge when we arrived was curt and unfriendly to us, and unkind to her junior staff. There was an air of inflexibility and inconsistency with requests eg there was dishwasher powder but no washing powder in the apartment. We were told to buy our own.The decor in the corridors was bizarre, in fact, scary, consisting of dark charcoal walls broken only by red fire extinguishers. The carpet was charcoal with light grey streaks which looked like a fire had been through. corridors were in darkness until the sensor lights came on as you walked into the blackness. Very scary! Not at all welcoming, more like a trip in a burnt out ghost train than a welcoming hotel corridor.

Liked: We loved the location- 3 minutes from sutton station,, plenty of restaurant choice within a 5 minutes walking distance. the kitchen facilities and cleaning supplies were all very practical and efficient. Spacious room and comfortable bed.We really enjoyed our stay here.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike
