Liked: Location is the only reasonable feature of this hotel.
Disliked: Small pokey room. Cold - one single very thin duvet and no spare blankets for a stay in Ballarat in winter. I cranked the air con up to its maximum (30 degrees) and it barely kept the room warm. Covid restrictions meant that there were no staff to assist with my enquiries. I will not stay at this hotel again.Wi-fi was listed as available. There was no wi-fi in my room nor on the first floor. The only place that wi-fi was available was in the foyer on the ground floor. DON"T ADVERTISE WI-FI IF YOU DON'T PROVIDE IT ADEQUATELY. YOU SHOULD WARN PEOPLE THAT WI-FI IS ONLY AVAILABLE IN THE FOYER.

Liked: Great location for the accomodation, we were able to walk to dinner within the City of Ballarat which was great. Easy to access and the checkin experience was simple.
Disliked: For the price we paid for the accomodation, we were disappointed. Whilst the location is excellent, the cost just didn't make sense to us.

Liked: Heater on for us as it was very cold. Tea room had toast and cereal. Tea and coffee. Warm and inviting. Comfy beds. Games room for reading and playing board games.
Disliked: The blinds wouldnt shut so we were up very early. I thought there was a microwave in the room but was down stairs in the tea room. That was ok.Some rude hotel goers but thats their issue not the hotels.
