Great time, close to HOB, walking distance and clean rooms.

Liked: Clean rooms, good beds, courteous staff
Disliked: Nothing really. Not a Ritz but nice enough for me

The location made this worth...

Liked: Location was fantastic! So close to Disneyland. The walk was very easy! Pool and outdoor space was great! We even had a private patio.
Disliked: The water pressure was lacking and water fixtures could be updated. When the person flushed upstairs you could hear it come through our rooms pipes!

Good enough for a one...

Liked: It was a 10-minute walk from door to door to Disneyland. Even though it technically didn't have a restaurant there were lots of nearby options and getting food delivered was so easy.
Disliked: The rooms were a little less than desirable. Clearly, it had been "updated" in the sense of new furniture and a new coat of paint. But the bathrooms were terrible. Out of date, super small, a few flies, questionable if it was really clean because of chipped paint.

Liked: The location was good for Disneyland.
Disliked: Receptionist was rude, had an attitude answering my questions. Rooms were very old and poorly maintained by maintenance guys. Restroom door didn’t shut properly due to hinges not properly installed,toilet paper holder kept falling off the wall..also the pizza press restaurant employee were rude bunch of young adults working there

Disliked: The initial room I had, smelled of cigarette, it looked in bad condition. Mattress had stains. The bathroom was gross. It was really loud and the staff moved me another room that was much better and not loud.
