Welcoming and top class.

Liked: Very warm, homey feel to the whole stay while service also being a high standard and professional. First time in Derry and Joan was really helpful explaining where everything was. Location excellent, being right beside the city centre while also being in a quiet residential area for a good nights sleep. Breakfast excellent. I would really choose this b'nb over a four star hotel in the same area. Room had a lot of space also and adjacent bathroom. Joan is a great host.

Liked: Hosts excellent Joan and Barry very friendly . Fab information and advice from Joan about the best way to see everything. Room huge with en-suite Very clean lovely breakfast Minutes walk to all the main tourist sites. Don?t hesitate to book you will not be disappointed

Central location, outstanding hospitality

Liked: We were greeted warmly by Joan with a cup of tea and coffee and had a great chat about life, Derry and what to do, where to go. We had an enormous room with a comfy bed. Everything was really close and we had an excellent walk around the murals, the Walls and sampled a few bars before we headed off to The Stables Inn for a great meal at a fab price. Great breakfast - one full Irish one Irish veggie - with some lovely homemade touches. Can?t recommend Joan as a host enough; thank you for making our brief trip to Derry so memorable.

Fantastic accommodation

Liked: Joan was an amazing host. So helpful and accommodating. We arrived on a Harley Davidson and she actually lifted off her back gate to let us park in the back garden. Bedroom was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast cooked to your own requirements. A short walk into the town centre. Could have listened to her stories of her childhood growing up in Derry for hours. All in all, a great choice of B&B. Would highly recommended and would absolutely have no hesitation in booking again. Thank you Joan xxx

Liked: Staff were so friendly, kind and helpful. Delicious breakfast, great location, big clean room full of natural light. Careful attention paid to Covid regulations so it felt very comfortable. Highly recommend.
