My wife and I just stayed there to attend a wedding October 2018. The prior reviews depict a stark contrast to the reality we experienced. The desk clerk knew my first name when I checked in - that tells me staff are aware of their reservation guests for the evening stay. He was polite, spoke clearly and could have fit in at Hilton well. The lobby, hallways and room were clean, uncluttered and smelled "fresh". All electronics and fixtures were newer and functioned properly. The bed was comfortable and bedding was newer, clean and "crisp". I opened the window curtains to a beautiful view of Fall colored woods and deer 100 feet away in their natural habitat - priceless. We slept well and past the scheduled continental breakfast window. Hadn't done that in a long time in a hotel. I had coffee in the room.
