Liked: I felt so welcomed by the staff when I arrived and was able to visit with them a few times during my stay and I truly enjoyed our conversations. The hotel is very nice and the location is perfect. Breakfast was generous and satisfying and I especially loved the coffee. I stayed for several days and was very much “at home “ which made me comfortable and happy.
Disliked: For my preference the bed was too firm.

Liked: I came to stay at this hotel to visit some friends from out of town and catch up. While I was there, my car was hit over night in the parking lot by a dumb drunk driver. But thankfully the hotel staff was so helpful.. i was devastated to wake up to the police informing me my car was hit. But the hotel manager was amazing. He reviewed the footage and is going to be providing it to the police to help me with this whole process. The hotel manager was out of town when this all happened, but he made it his priority to contact me right away when he got back in the morning. The breakfast was amazing, my daughter really enjoyed the quality of the breakfast. The older gentleman who works at the front desk was very nice, he saw how upset I was when I found out about my car being hit and he came over to provide comfort and offered me a coffee. I really have an overall good experience and if I come back to Austin, I will certainly be staying here.
Disliked: I didn't like that my car got hit. But it was not the hotels fault by any means. They did everything possible to help with this whole process.
