Wouldn't stay at this location again.

Liked: Easy to find.
Disliked: No breakfast options offered at checkout. Broken ice machine, broken iron, not even half a roll of toilet paper, and wasn't aware before checkin that there was a $100 damage deposit for room.

The room was more than OK for the price. Nice breakfast; friendly staff. We stayed for 2 days and we posted the 'Do not disturb' sign the morning after we arrived. When we came back there was a letter saying that they came to the room. We always do this in all the hotels that we stay in but nobody has done the same. Nice location - it is close to the airport and Mall of America. The rooms do not have a fridge and a microwave, but you can always use the microwave in the kitchen. I would still come back to this place.

Night auditor breaks into hotel...

Disliked: A little before 4:00AM on one night of my stay, I saw the night auditor break into another hotel tenant's car that was parked behind the building, directly outside of my room window on the ground level. Police were called and confirmed the car had been broken into, but no arrest was made because the night auditor had made it back to the front desk before the police arrived. When I told hotel management the following morning, they didn't do anything in response, claiming that it wasn't their problem since the car wasn't technically parked in a space owned by the property, it was just directly adjacent to the hotel building. They completely brushed off the fact that their own night auditor had taken time on the clock to brazenly commit an act of theft (and from a hotel tenant's vehicle to boot). Hotel management knowingly has no cameras on that side of the building, which is a huge security gap.If you stay here, keep valuables with you, not in your car, because even the night-time hotel staff might try to help themselves to your stuff. Also, make sure not to park your car behind the building since the hotel will refuse to take any responsibility should their staff lack the self-control to keep themselves from breaking into your car.

Liked: The front desk associate at the time of my check-in was super friendly and helpful. She was great! I believe her name was Tiara(?). She was a black woman, in the 30s age range. Overall, it was clean and comfortable. My only complaint would be that the day of my check out.
Disliked: The housekeeping staff was very pushy. They knocked prior to check out time. I told them I would be out by 11. They came back again while I was in the shower and I think a few minutes after when I was double checking the room. It was annoying because that was a distraction and slowing me down. Only issue that I had.
