Never again

Liked: Not much
Disliked: Beds were horrible. So hard that no one got a decent nights sleep. Breakfast was a joke. Didn’t even stay our second night. Paid to stay at another hotel.

Bad

Liked: The front receptionist was very friendly
Disliked: Booked for a week and Room 111 was the worst...room was filthy water leaking and pieces of ceiling falling in the restroom full of mold.. 1 washer and dryer .. dryer didn't work.

My family and I will...

Liked: Hotel is close to where I had to meet, to a family restaurant and Walmart. No bed bugs.
Disliked: Customer service at check-in was poor. Hotel Room: Furniture is deteriorating. Lights were not working properly. There was an old water leak in the restroom above the shower head, that eventually broke a piece off the ceiling (the next morning). It smelled like smoke and moldy. We asked for non-smoking.

Liked: I liked nothing

Good

The stay was relaxing.

Liked: The maintenance man was in the room next to me so once he was aware of the problem with the door he was there to replace the batteries quickly.
Disliked: The entrance door wouldn't lock so I had to wait for maintenance to change the batteries when I was trying to leave. The light bulb in the bathroom went out the morning I checked out.

Last Resort

Liked: They had availability, due to a drag racing competition in Waxahachie, Texas there were no other hotels that had a room. We were there for a funeral on the following day.
Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable,you could feel the springs poking you thru the mattress. The night stands had water damage on the inside, the base around the wall had water damage like the room had been flooded. Our sleep was very uncomfortable, we slept fully clothed and I don't want to forget about the peeling loveseat that looked liked and old chocolate chewy cookie.

Exceptional

It is a small budget...

Liked: Comfortable beds and I felt safe. The breakfast was okay (would have liked some meat options). Right near a Walmart. Small pool. Good TV. Plenty of parking.
Disliked: The furnishings felt a little dated.
