Nasty rooms don't go

Liked: The hotel was super dirty. I couldn't stay. I immediately took the key back. I was told had to get refund from booking.com. when I tried the hotel denied it. Charged me the price of hotel cancelation. Don't go it's NASTY. He didn't even try to see the room. He knew it was awful. It really need to be shut down. Save yourself don't ho trust me.

Disliked: No breakfast, no coffee maker in lobby or room, ac didn't work, tv didn't work, room not clean, plumbing broke in bathroom, leaking water constantly, bed and pillows hard as concrete worse than a jail cell.

Disliked: Based on the office wall decoration, I'm guessing that this was a very old Motel 6. It's now under renovation, which it needs badly. I wish their listing on Booking.com had said so. We would have picked another place. The overall quality of the room we were assigned was the worst experience we've ever had in a hotel. The carpet and stuffed chair felt greasy. The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The street view made the place look like it was closed because of all the demolition out front.

Disliked: All employees are very rude and not helpful, they act as if they don’t want to give you any soap, towels, or other amenities.. Rooms on the bottom have roaches! Absolutely ZERO integrity! I left my wallet with all my information & identification and about $20 inside when I checked out only to turn around and they swear up & down they never seen it.. The owner then allowed one of his employees (which are all his family members) to actually go and finish cleaning the room before he would let me back in the room to look for my wallet.. long story short I end up getting another room about a week later, I’m in the room about 45 mins when I get a knock on the door from of course - one of the employees! Saying I looked familiar and they had found my wallet in one of the rooms.. keep in mind I never actually lost my wallet I had honestly just left it when I was checking out, I knew exactly where I had left it! No, my $20 was not in my wallet when returned. A shame people so rude, dishonest, and prejudice, have the audacity to try running a business of this sort and they obviously know nothing about catering or convenience!

Disliked: Filthy, the rooms are so nasty that I left after they put me in another room that had the same filth. I told the Night manger that I was checking out after 30 minutes of being there .I had driven 9 hours and want to rest overnight. I couldn't even sit on the bed because of nasty it felt. I also told him you keep that $66 it was non refundable. So I just left.

Exceptional
