Liked: Everything was just perfect. The room and the whole house was amazing, everything was so clean, modern. The location is great, close to the Amsterdam, only 30 minutes with a car. The house is next to water, you can relax and enjoy. The breakfast was dream. Everyone were so friendly and kind. We would definitely come again.

Liked: The breakfast was very good, there was enough to pack for lunch at work which the personnel encouraged.The view is wonderfull, nothing like having breakfast while looking at the sunrise over the canal.The situation is also quite good, the hotel is a bit isolated which I personally prefer, the neighborhood is very quiet. However it can be a bit tricky to get to the first time. Beware of bike only roads and small bridges.The nearby city is easily accessible with a bike and they offer a proper bike shed. Beware of the wind however when riding, plan your outfit accordingly. It's not the country of windmills for no reasons.The room was very spacious, nicely heated, with a pretty view and floor heating for the bathroom.Internet was reliable and easily accessible without having to accept 5 pages of terms and conditions or make an account (huge plus in my book)There is a lounge available to everyone with a fireplace, although it was not lit during my stay. The room itself is very comfortable.A coffee machine is also available in the lounge 24/7, tea is available as well as fruits for a late snack after a long day.I definitely intend to come back, maybe even just for a holiday away from the city.
Disliked: The only thing I would personally add would be a couch in the bedroom, there is enough space for it and the TV is too far away from the bed to be usable.This is honeslty the only thing I would add to the room and is a rather small, to not say insignificant issue.

Liked: what can I say which hasn't been said about Als het golft???Beautiful B&B nicely located near a lake and canal. The room is modern, spotless and big. High ceiling giving an impression of impressive volume. Really great beds to the point that my wife wanted to take them with us. We just couldn't sneak them out through the windows at night 😂 The living and breakfast room are full of light and offer, like the room an amazing view on the water.The hosts are very friendly and helpful.The only thing I want to say is: we will come back but for more than 1 day this time
Disliked: A few things:- a migraine which made me miss the breakfast- our stay was way too short and rushed- the rain when arrivingbut it has nothing to do with the place, isn't it? 😉
