For starters when the power goes out so does the water, which is good to know in future cause you will not get any type of credit for the inconvenience. Got a suite and had a jacuzzi tub which the water came out of shower and faucet to fill. While looking for the remote found a dirty pair of underwear under the bed - disgusting! No one will answer the phone and no one was at desk for us to complain. Horrible experience - never again!

Disliked: The furniture are older then me all dirty, the floor looked like it was not swept for couple months, there was two bags of coffee but only one cream and sugar for two nights we stayed and the coffee machine was never cleaned and bathtub was very dirty
