Liked: Could be great with a little tlc
Disliked: As soon as we walked into the room the smell of damp musty hit us ,carpets are dirty looking and a few other things,which is a shame could be a great place to stay with a little tlc

Great location, not enough car...

Liked: Great location, seperate entrance for the top floor
Disliked: Bathroom door didn’t close properly, And didn’t lock (we were with family so that didn’t matter about the lock) Shower was not clean around the bottom

Liked: Staff were absolutely friendly & lovely upon arrival. The room was clean & tidy & had all the necessities needed for our short stay. We stayed in the room that had a spa bath, and it worked perfectly. After purchasing our new vehicle, the staff kindly let us park our car onsite due to having a spare space.We highly recommend Alpha Motel for their outstanding hospitality.Thank you again, and we look forward to staying again in the future.

Easy me convenient

Liked: Really appreciated the staff recognising we were staying for a full week and upgraded us to a larger room which made our stay more comfortable and relaxed. We left a note for the cleaning staff one day and they delivered on our request. Everything bout our stay was very smooth.
Disliked: The motel light on the sign was not always on at night which made it a bit tricky to find as some nights it was on and others it was off. Be careful on the frosty/wet stairs.
