Liked: The room was very clean with all that we needed. Shampoo, hair conditioner, soap, hair dryer, iron are available. The contactless check in and checkout are very simple and easy. The hotel is near everything.

Liked: This hotel is walking distance to everything (2mins). The room we stayed in was modern. Self check in can be tricky but works very well. Free parking on site. Would definitely stay again!

Liked: Location was great! It’s about a ten minute walk to the gondola, you really couldn’t get closer!An electric fire place was in our room which added a nice touch to the ambiance. The text message service the hotel had was very responsive which was great! They also let us park in the parking lot for a few extra hours after we checked out so that we could board.
Disliked: The room wasn’t super clean, there was used tissue papers on the floor and the floor had lots of pieces of dirt everywhere. Bathroom definitely needs updated and soaps/shampoo they had available were terrible quality. This hotel was a contactless check in / check out. Some aspects of this was nice, especially when we got in late our first night but the whole experience didn’t seem personable at all.The bed wasn’t super comfortable and was quite squeaky. The walls were really thin so you could hear your neighbors very easily (Nextdoor and upstairs).

Good location, spacious room

Liked: The location was great. Everything we came to do in Tahoe was within a 2 mile radius, so that was a major plus. The room was spacious and clean. Although the parking lot was small, we had no trouble finding an available spot. I also liked the pre-check in procedure and contactless check-in.
Disliked: I received about 7 messages prior to my check-in, which could have been reduced to maybe 2. The power went off, so our heater was off until staff came to reset it, which took a minute. Staff also had to come into our room while we were gone since the breakers were in our room. However, they did ask for permission to enter, and I had no problem with it, personally. When we came back, none of our personal belongings were moved or lost. It was more of a minor inconvenience.
