Convenient and close to port

Disliked: Everything sucked like a brain buck! Worse experience ever!!

Definitely stay here again.

Liked: Excellent location. Walk to shops restaurants and 15 min walk to cruise terminal. Nice people.
Disliked: Nightstand lamp. Bigger soap.

Liked: The staff was very polite that was it.
Disliked: I put down deposit and I still haven't gotten deposit back. The heater did not work. It meets so much noise. I had to leave early.

Liked: Although we only stayed overnight, the staff couldn't have been more helpful right from check-in to checkout. This is an economy hotel so don't expect luxurious conditions. Our family stayed in 4 rooms. All 4-rooms were clean and appeared to have been recently updated. Staff even booked 2 cabs for us for the short drive to the cruise ship terminal. Couldn't have asked for better service.

Liked: The staff was friendly and very helpful and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean and the location was excellent ((I.e., close to shops, restaurants and the port).
Disliked: The exhaust fan in the bathroom could have worked better

Superb

It was ok for one...

Liked: The rooms were clean and was close to the place we like to eat when there. It had everything you needed.
Disliked: The floors were not carpet and were very cold. The bed was way too hard both our backs hurt the next day. The pillows were to soft. Was kind of run down.
