Great place to stay if...

Liked: Great hosts, fantastic breakfast with home made muesli, great coffee, locally made jams and peanut butter and continental breakfast made on the spot.
Disliked: WiFi was slow but we just switched to the 4G signal on our phones and the aerial mast is right across the road.

Relaxing holiday in a lovely,...

Liked: Lovely hosts, breakfast cooked to order with fresh fruit and locally made spreads/jams. Nice to chat with other guests and share tips regarding the area. Spa is a treat after a day out exploring the Tasman. Mapua was vibrant with lots of choice of eateries.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The owner/operator couple (Sharon and John) are fantastic. We got beautiful breakfasts, had good talks and relaxing holiday.

We'll be back!

Liked: Breakfast was awesome and always served with a smile and a chat. Beautiful healthy homemade muesli, fruit and yoghurt and two other kinds of cereal to choose from; toast, croissants with locally made jams and marmalade. A cooked breakfast of bacon and eggs was also available. Orange juice, tea and coffee.The convenient location in Mapua made everything within a walking distance.The surrounding gardens are park-like and tranquil. The spa is positioned overlooking the lake and far enough away from the rooms to not bother the other guests.
