Liked: The only thing good is the location
Disliked: They have recently started but are not yet prepared, no toiletries in the room, no coffee table, malfunctioning heater, bad condition door, main door locked and no presence of staff at reception.Certainly way below satisfactory

Delta could have been more...

Liked: Breakfast was ok Luke warm first day better next day.
Disliked: No housekeeping told this was down to green key, but tidying up a room is not green, only get room done day 3?? Wondering if the next guest got their bed made and new towels and toilet paper topped up.... COVID cleaning is no more with this green key .the group own the aloft and moxy near by obviously just running this one down,sad as this was a great hotel,l have stayed in a lot worse but this was just strange, apparently the Ukrainian guests kept it going ,then delta only bought it this year and are closing it a lot of staff being made redundant, could be a basic hotel for offshore guys to stay a night and general workers to stop in rather than be in a plush hotel but that would be too late now.
