Liked: The breakfast selections were great. Many options to choose from for both food and drinks. Owners replenished items daily.
Disliked: There was nothing we didn't like. Owners were easy to contact if needed.

Liked: there was plenty of breakfast items to eat. Perfect. And the location was perfect and the owners were so awesome!Helped us of what to do our on our stay. Room was so huge . Had the down stairs king size bed. So comfortable. We definitely will stay here again!!

Wonderful hosts and a great...

Liked: Second visit staying here. The hosts are so lovely and helpful. I had rooms 3a and 3b and had plenty of space. The big bonus is the 24x7 kitchen where you can help yourself to breakfast and snacks. I was travelling on a budget and the bfast was great. Kind and generous hosts who assisted me and my luggage to the bus station. Room was comfortable but I would pick Room 3a next time as it was brighter and more spacious and has a mini fridge. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Gettysburg.
Disliked: No fridge in room 3b. TV didn't work.

Liked: The location.
Disliked: We have stayed at other B&B’s that prepared a fresh breakfast to their guests. The Sentimental Journey only offered things like Little Debbie snack cakes, cereal, bananas, bagels, a keurig coffee pot, etc… This was not the breakfast we was expecting at a Bed and Breakfast. It was nothing more than a continental breakfast that guests had to prepare for themselves. Also the man, Steve, I believe his name was, who gave us our keys, told us that he would check with his son and get back to us about how to operate the television, we never heard from him. Never even actually saw him again in the two days that we stayed there. The woman who was bringing in all the “breakfast” snacks was rude when we first checked in. While we was asking some questions about the accommodations, she took a phone call and never got back to us or asked if we had any other questions. I guess the man and woman were the owners and they lacked hospitality.

Very happy with our stay...

Liked: The host was tremendous and helpful. The location was also great. The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: We eat low carb fare and there was a lot of high-carb snacks and treats available. If you don't have glycemic issues this is the breakfast and snack place for you.

Liked: Close to downtown, restaurants within walking distance.
Disliked: VERY poor water pressure in shower. "Breakfast" consisted of packaged poptarts/cereals, less than fresh store-bought pastries, & past prime fruit.Additionally, the day of our arrival was the town's Halloween Parade which meant the street in front of B&B was blocked off to traffic; despite calling me to determine ETA, the owner failed to mention this crucial traffic information or suggest any alternate routes.
