I loved the location and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the room was not clean. The dust ruffle was extremely wrinkled; there was a dirty wash cloth in the shower; musty smell in the room; the cover on the bed was so thin we were very cold. Would not stay again.

Liked: Service from staff; location.
Disliked: Room wasn't clean; dust ruffle on bed wrinkled (very). Dirty wash cloth in the shower. Room smelled very musty as did the elevator.

Disappointing

Liked: Housekeeping lady was phenomenal! Very friendly and did a wonderful job cleaning. Checkout wasn?t til 12pm which was a little later than most so didn?t feel rushed around when it came time to leave.
Disliked: We wasn?t informed that there wasn?t any cable in our room until we were already checked in and unpacked when we went to turn the tv on and it wouldn?t work. So we called the front desk and was told that the cable would be out for a few days. The toilet had trouble flushing and kept clogging up. The sink drain stopper was pushed down but the lever was broken so we couldn?t get it to lift up to drain the water and couldn?t use the bathroom sink. Between the police sirens right out our window, the people out front of the hotel hollering, and the guests next door being loud and slamming their door all night long I couldn?t fall asleep until sometime after 3am!!

Liked: My room was clean. I loved the bathroom.
Disliked: No tv service. Staff didn't answer call. When i arrived at front desk he was playing on his phone. I asked to cancel my stay

Disappointing

Liked: The staff were very friendly. No complaints with them.
Disliked: The room was not what they are advertising. The pictures are not what the rooms actually look like. I was disappointed. As I was leaving a few other people that had stayed the night, stated they were disappointed as well. We only spent one night.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The service was less than stellarmade reservations with children checked in and front desk clerk checked us in and waited until we contacted them regarding the tv and at that point was told the cable was out until Monday. That should have been something disclosed when we arrived. also the rooms were nothing like advertised.

Disappointing

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The beds were old the handicap room that we were quested was not handicap the window wouldn?t latch the TV was down so we can?t even watch TV the bathroom door wouldn?t shut there were no wash rags and there was no iron the noise outside made it very hard to sleep I would not recommend this hotel to high price for all that went wrong

Pleasant but it could have...

Liked: The location is perfect. I work down the street from the hotel so i was able to walk up the street & get there with no travel hassles. The breakfast is pitiful! Not enough condiments & coffee machine too small. The bed was big & perfect.
Disliked: The staff attitude i didn't like. The person handling my booking was snarky & a bit rude! The cable in the room was out & they didn't offer a discount for the next visit or make up for the shortage of service by even offering a free room. They didn't care about the inconvenience to me. Their only offer was to cancel my reservation without charge or to go to another hotel chain. That was terrible service & awful alternatives to offer a regular customer. The management needs to work on their staff's hositality skills for sure!

Customer experience terrible, rude and...

Disliked: Staff was extremely rude. Three different room keys didn't work (not exaggerating) after going back and forth between the desk and the room, finally the front desk lady used her master key to get us into the room late at night after nonverbally acting as if we were incompetent (rolling eyes, etc.) on how to use a card to get into the room. I requested that she would slip a working key card under the door and she refused (like what?). Said we "wouldn't be using it" so she wouldn't do it. Had a bickering match back and forth, with the result of her being too lazy to create a working card and slip it under the door. As someone that has worked at a hotel in her position before, I am appalled. Terrible attitude and didn't care about the guest experience. Never going back again.
