Overnight stay where we knew...

Liked: We had stayed here 2 weeks previously because of its good location close to our family, and had appreciated a clean room and a good bed at a reasonable price. This time another overnight stay to visit relatives in hospital on our way to a wedding at Hanmer Springs for the weekend
Disliked: We did not appreciate having the disability bathroom this visit.

Overall, a very good accommodation,...

Liked: I had an upgrade to be on the ground floor. This was very helpful to unload a campervan full of gear and then sort out in the room.The room was clean, with good equipment
Disliked: I had trouble getting the lounge TV to function and find the DTV channels. I couldn't find the remote for the bedroom TV

Liked: Easy check in. Light and fresh in my room.
Disliked: Very little, all well. Mattress a bit saggy for me.

Would not recommend to anyone...

Liked: Unfortunately our unit. On your website is does say that you have Continental breakfast and you have sky which is still being advertised on your site unfortunately when we arrived there was none of these available. Not happy.
Disliked: Unit was a little bit mouldy in shower and main inside door was incredibly noisy when you open , heat pump has a red light on it saying it needs to be cleaned and serviced.
