Disliked: It look like the place is old and needs repairs. The toilet seat she used was moveable. People were sitting outside on chairs drinking and smoking. It look like a transient with long term residents.

Liked: The room was big and clean.
Disliked: The price included a breakfast. I understand that these included breakfasts are small and simple in nature.But at this hotel it did simply not exist:No coffee, only orange juiceNo food except a granola barI talked to the clerk and his response was "you can go to the nearby McDonalds !"This breakfast was simply a joke !

Liked: Great location.
Disliked: The room was disgusting, with a terrible smell of cigarettes. The walls were dirty and falling apart. The bathroom appeared not to have been cleaned in months. The hotel had a simple purpose, but the real issue was the lack of cleanliness.
