Really enjoyed our stay

Liked: Tina at front desk was extremely nice and welcoming, her other colleague didn?t seem as welcoming. we requested a spacious room and we were provided with one. It was rather big and comfortable the bathroom was clean, kitchen clean and room clean however the chairs in the front room had a few stains not too noticeable and didn?t bother us much. Water in the fridge which was a really nice touch as we had been travelling all day. The plates and cutlery were also clean. They provided some PPE in the rooms which I felt was nice and appropriate considering the current situation we are in now. I do recommend staying here
Disliked: Everything was nice no faults except the male at desk came across as rude

Liked: Excellent customer service from TINA . Very modern and classy room and building. I love music and loved the surround sound which i can connect my phone. The jacuzzi bath was amazing. VERY CLEAN
Disliked: No parking :(

Liked: Our stay was amazing thanks to the amazing staff at 130 queens gate. Especially Tina and Yousuf. They went over and beyond with their service and are an absolute credit to the company
