Good location

Liked: Possibility for breakfastGood locationFriendly staff
Disliked: Rooms need some TLC, bathroom was minimal so a tall person could struggle to have a nice shower or use the WC. Bed was of poor quality (I could even feel the springs on the side. I went out in the morning and came back at 13:00 and the room was still unclean, we stay for a couple of hours and we asked in the afternoon for a quick clean and towels replacement but the cleaning people does not work in the late afternoon/evening. The only fan did not work properly (no rotation) so it was difficult to sleep during the night. TV was minimal. WiFi was crashing sometimes

Disliked: The room location, very steep and narrow stairs to basement room.Very small room, no light, no view, poorly decoratedNo hairdryerTv remote faultyRoom in very poor condition, certainly not worth anywhere near what we paid.

I have come home and...

Liked: It was close to the tube network and walking distance into London. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The rooms were tight. There was marks on the carpet.

Disliked: No air conditioning made nights unbearable to sleep .windows open very little .and when open speeding cars and beeping cars all night, insufficient blinds to keep out light and heat.it was like sleeping in a sauna! Bedroom incredibly small . One power socket in a double room terrible .

Needs updating, breakfast was below...

Liked: Very disappointed with the hotel. Sheets were stained with blood and towels had marks on them. Room was I renovated needs updating. Asked staff about another room at front desk. Not helpful. Didn’t care about clients. Very bad. Would not come back and would not recommend. Music Lou d downstairs until after 11pm. Bed was too soft, gave me additional back pain.

Great stay!

Liked: The room was really clean and had everything we needed. It was also in a great location, close to an underground. The staff were all friendly and we were able to store our luggage on the last day.
Disliked: The room was a little cramped, it was fine for us three friends for a short stay but if we had more luggage for a longer stay, it would've been hard to fit.
