Within walking distance of a lot of good restaurants. The staff was pleasant and helpful. We had a great time!

+Overall the venue wasn't too large, so any seat is a good one.

-Parking is way to high at $20 a pop.

It was the American Idol 2012 concert tour. Helpful staff directed us to our seating. Concert started only 15 minutes late, and we got to meet and greet the singers. Excellent tip to park across the street where we ate at the Olive Garden - as parking was $20 per car and we didn't have cash on us.
