The Hallam FM Arena is by far the best music arena in sheffield. Our seats were good, our view and the sound quality were perfect. There appeared to be only two places on the lower level where you could get food and drink and the queues were horrendous!! However we did find "drinks points" Which had a very limited choice (no food) but sold lager which was fine by me! Be warned drinks are expensive - but then I guess they always are at concert venues!

Horrendous queues at the bar

We travelled to the Hallam Fm Arena by car which was a bad idea, the traffic in that area was solid, plus they charge ??5.00 for parking. The concert was a sell out but amazingley there was no queue at the arena entrance. Bar queues were massive though and caused us to miss a big chunk of the supporting act! We finally got to our seats which were ok but very cramped not much room for dancing, I only spent ??30.00 on my ticket - if I had spent more I would have been annoyed! The concert itself was great which made up for the big queues and cramped seats!

We went to see the Scissor Sisters at the Hallam FM Arena, Sheffield! Great night had by all! To avoid paying the ??5.00 arena parking charge, you can park at the retail park across the road for free!
Scissor Sisters put on a top show
