We had great seats. The arena was really nice!
Liked: The songs were awesome! Everyone was praising the Lord!
Disliked: Food was expensive.

Our group had a great time! We stayed close by for the night and were able to walk to the hotel afterwards. The area felt very well protected and lots of security were visible. Thought all in all it was a great place for the concert.
Liked: Don't think there was a bad seat in the house; we had great seats on the floor center stage but some other members of our party were located direct side stage and had just about as good a view.
Disliked: Never attended a concert before where alcoholic beverages were not permitted. Was not aware that this was the case or I would have purchased tickets for another venue.

I attended the convention scheduled for July 3rd-5th. I came by tour bus each day and the arena was so comfortable after having ridden for over three hours.
Liked: Seating was very comfortable; air was not too cold; security personnel were very pleasant.
Disliked: Need a little more leg space between seats.

Need to open doors much earlier and have a faster process of search so as to get people in quicker.
Disliked: Doors did not open early enough to allow everyone to get inside in time for concert. MANY people not yet in their seats when concert began. Extensive congestion in lobby due to souvenir stands being set up near bathrooms made it IMPOSSIBLE to get to them. Crowd totally at a standstill.

Liked: Plenty of people to help find your seat and very nice.
Disliked: Half the food that was on the menu was not ready when the gates opened - were they not expecting people to be there? No alcohol was served - this was a concert. Seats were way too close together - I was practically sitting on top of the person behind me and was afraid to move so I wouldn't kick the people in front of me. Will not attend an event here again.

Never will I attend a concert there again. Women's restroom was too small to handle the crowd. And no alcohol is served - bummer! Knoxville is NOT a concert town.
Disliked: Very negative.
