Beautiful theater with a cozy intimate feel; close parking and restaurants; safe area with good lighting; easy on and off for I-95. But the seats are like most old theater seats and it's tight even if you're moderately overweight and your feet are RIGHT against the seat back of the chair in front/below you in the dress circle. I was getting distracted by the end of the little over an hour show because I wanted to move and stretch a little.

Liked: Small venue; feels more intimate.
Disliked: No legroom like most theaters and we had a railing in our view line even though it wasn't marked as restricted sight lines on ticket purchasing chart.
