Very courteous and helpful staff. We attended a concert at the House of Blues and wanted to stay close but not spend a fortune. Room was nice and comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance of several places in downtown. Only issue we had was we were not sure where to park to check in. However, anytime you go to downtown Dallas you should see where there is to park before leaving.

- The refrigerator in our room did not keep drinks cool.

The staff was very friendly and willing to help with whatever we needed. I just loved this hotel and look forward to staying in another Aloft in the future when I travel again. One thing for sure if I come to Dallas - this would be my first choice. The hotel was within walking distance of some great restaurants. There was a live band the first night of our stay - that was fun and the rooms were so quiet we could not hear anything that was happening in the lobby even when they were playing. I would stay here again and hope to do so again soon.

We stayed for a concert at the House of Blues. Short walk to the venue with several good places to eat close by. This hotel was AWESOME! We went off the pictures and I was worried about this but the place was so nice. Good view of the area; clean; within walking distance of several museums and the aquarium. A lot of cool little places to just explore in the vicinity. I would definitely stay there again. Malls in the area were closed at weekends so if you're wanting to shop you will have to go elsewhere.
