Pros: The staff, the ambience, location, hotel size
Cons: Queen size room is very tiny.
We stayed for our anniversary weekend and were extremely pleased with this hotel choice. The staff were very friendly and attentive, especially the Maitre d of the Leopard lounge and Jonathon who served us high tea. The housekeeping staff, room service and valet were all very excellent as well. This is a very intimate, warm and welcoming hotel with just the right touches such as cookies in the lobby and jelly beans at turn down service. We stayed in a queen size room which was what we reserved but it was very tiny (even in comparison to the European hotels we have stayed in) - would make sure and book a suite next time as I feel their king may be on the small side too. I would highly recommend this hotel to couples as it is very romantic.
