l We liked Guy's restaurants! The people are very friendly and aim to please. The hotel check-in gal, Dyan was pleasant and helpful.

l Terrible experience at Harrahs Council Bluffs. For the cost of the rooms not worth it not to mention zero hospitality!! Front desk personnel were rude as if we were bothering them for assistance...

l Shocked they allow smoking already in the covid era. Floor is very small. Needs a better sportsbook and sports bar. Staff is friendly.
