+ Treated like a princess.

From my arrival on 01/26/2013 to my departure in 01/31/2013 , I was treated royally by the staff. Thanks for the daily shuttle to the convention and "home" to the hotel. A 70 foot heated pool before and after work. Great food at the Smoke Restaurant - the blueberry ricotta pancakes are a must for breakfast. Would stay again for sure!

- The refrigerator in our room did not keep drinks cool.

The staff was very friendly and willing to help with whatever we needed. I just loved this hotel and look forward to staying in another Aloft in the future when I travel again. One thing for sure if I come to Dallas - this would be my first choice. The hotel was within walking distance of some great restaurants. There was a live band the first night of our stay - that was fun and the rooms were so quiet we could not hear anything that was happening in the lobby even when they were playing. I would stay here again and hope to do so again soon.

- Bathroom door was hard to close. Toilet paper rolls wouldn't stay in place.

We stayed for a concert at the House of Blues. Short walk to the venue with several good places to eat close by. This hotel was AWESOME! We went off the pictures and I was worried about this but the place was so nice. Good view of the area; clean; within walking distance of several museums and the aquarium. A lot of cool little places to just explore in the vicinity. I would definitely stay there again. Malls in the area were closed at weekends so if you're wanting to shop you will have to go elsewhere.
