Lincolnshire’s finest culinary treats, all locally sourced and painstakingly fresh, are on offer amidst the Windmill’s welcoming, contemporary restaurant housed in an old English cottage. It has an extensive car park, well tendered gardens, and a flowing, rich colour scheme perfect for a romantic evening’s dining on modern European cuisine, a business lunch stop off or meal with littl’uns. Chris and Sharon Noble won the 2005 ‘Taste of Lincolnshire’ award for their daily specials and carefully selected wine list, not to mention their homemade deserts and finest attention to detail.
