Watermark Restaurant
The ultra contemporary Regency Park Hotel in Thatcham, just outside of Newbury, is home to the stylish Watermark Restaurant. A light, bright and comfortable dining room decked out in retro styled banquettes, high backed chairs and white set tables is accompanied by a floor to ceiling wall long window overlooking gardens and bathing the whole room in natural light. The classically influenced British menu is put together by Executive Chef Laurent Guyon using local ingredients and taking inspiration from a world of food. Generous portions are beautifully presented and reasonably priced leaving room in your budget, if not necessarily your stomach, for that to die for Dark Chocolate Terrine.
