The long wait to discover what the old MacDonald’s near Kingsbury Tube station was turning into was worth it, judging by dressed-up throng packing this impressively trendy club night after night. Above the bar is a spacious first-floor restaurant furnished with the same retro black and red seating, overlooked by a big picture of a gorilla.
