The decor mixes oak floors, slate tiling, chunky wood tables and luxurious leather sofas to funky effect. The cocktail list, ranging from classics to in-house specials, is constantly evolving, so regulars are hard-pressed to get bored. Food at the Sahara Bar ranges from tapas-style nibbles to quality sandwiches and salads made fresh to order, and ingredients are always sourced locally where possible. Service is cool and classy.
