l We were staying in Lincolnville, so could walk to Preserved. It's set in an old Victorian mansion. One can eat inside or on the porch or in the garden/Patio. Service was excellent, really top-class...

l It’s not cheap, but both food and service was excellent. Portion sizes are just right, and the is an ample selection of wines to accompany your meal.
