Gourmets have followed chef Jun Tanaka's progress through some of the capital's finest kitchens and are thrilled that he now has this exquisite restaurant to call his own. Pearl is a most impressive space, with curtains of pearls, leather seating, sleek and elegant decor, and breathtaking chandeliers. A specially-designed wine cellar takes pride of place in the centre of the dining room, and there are more than 40 wines available by the glass so you can choose a new one for each course. The French cuisine with international inflections includes dishes like starter of wild salmon tartare with caviar, white onion puree and salad of fresh herbs, main course of roast loin of Limousin veal with candied lemon and baby carrots, and wonderful dessert of small cheesecakes with wild strawberries.

Pearl is the place to bring guests you would like to impress. It is a high-end dining experience, with luxurious modern decor, lots of service, and cuisine that aims high and hits the mark. There is a £200 room hire charge for Silhouette, the private dining room, perfect for intimate dinner parties. Parties of 8 and above will dine from a reduced a la carte menu (of 3 starters, 3 mains, 3 desserts) sample dishes include; a starter of carpaccio of langoustine with mango and avocado, pickled cucumber and shellfish vinaigrette, main course of marinated rump of Welsh lamb with morels and broad beans with roast sweetbreads, and dessert of banana tarte tatin with aged balsamic vinegar and peanut caramel ice cream. Blistering wine list and beautifully kept cheeses.

Additional Information
A credit card is required to secure a reservation for groups of 5 persons or more, if there is availability - this is simply to secure your booking, absolutely no money will be charged to the card except in the case of late cancellations. Late cancellations, or changes to booking numbers, (within 72 hours of the reservation) and no-shows will incur a charge of £25 per person. If the change occurs within 24 hours a charge of £50 per person will be made.
