Oliver’s Bistro restaurant in Blackpool’s Lancaster House Hotel is a five minute walk from the madness of the promenade and the famous Tower, a haven of culinary excellence and personal attention in an all too often mass-market town. Executive chef and patron Barrie Roberts has years of experience in four and five star kitchens, and he brings it all to the cuisine at Oliver’s.
