Nick's Brasserie
Nick Colley’s new brasserie is the first time the chef has headed a restaurant of his own, despite being highly regarded in the game for 12 years. Nick’s Brassiere combines oak flooring, bare brick and exposed beams to create a warm, earthy restaurant atmosphere – just like a traditional brassiere should feel. The glass and stainless steel along with the smartly aproned, friendly staff root Nick’s Brasserie in the modern day whilst its Great British rustic dishes, making up a menu which changes according to season and produce so as to provide dishes at their prime, nod clearly and proudly towards tradition. Nick’s Brassiere also has a Terrace area, perfect for Leeds’ more tropical afternoons.
