Bodega Ultra Mexican Martini Shaker. At La Bodega, there are many things that make a difference when you dine with us. There are no shortcuts, because we make everything from scratch. This is why everything tastes different and unique, because no one else has these exact same recipes. We don't buy bags full of chips, so we can offer you our fresh homemade corn tortillas chips, which we fry daily ourselves. Our fish is always fresh and never frozen because our seafood is delivered 2 to 3 times per week, which is then hand cut. You'll love our margaritas and drinks because they are never prepared from powder or mixes, but with fresh squeezed juices. Savor our Habanero-Mango, Chilpotle Mayo, Chili Sour Cream and Cilantro-Lime sauces, which are blended and seasoned accordingly and devised by our Executive Chef.
