Keswick Restaurant is situated in the charming Underscar Manor, a grand country house set in its own forty acres of grounds in the Lake District National Park in Applethwaite, Cumbria. The award-winning restaurant, overseen by Pauline and Derek Harrison, has views of the picture-perfect gardens, which stretch all the way to Lake Derwentwater, and the surrounding Fells of Borrowdale, providing a memorable and unique dining experience. The Head Chef, Robert Thornton – Pauline’s brother – oversees an assured and classic menu at Keswick Restaurant which features favourites such as ravioli of lobster with seared king scallops, spinach and a brandy and elderflower sauce, superb Aberdeen Angus cuts of beef and organic poultry.
