Inspired by the famous steakhouses of New York, the Hawksmoor is a carnivores' paradise. The interior is best described as "fashionable minimalism"; exposed brickwork, white walls and dark wooden floorboards. The meat is sourced from North Yorkshire and supplied by über-butchers the Ginger Pig (Observer Food Monthly Producer of the Year). With 24 hours notice the Hawsmoor can stock almost any cut of meat you desire all simply cooked on a real charcoal grill.
