Hara - The Circle Bar
Hara is a wow. The decor is sleek and shiny, light and airy. There's a very cool circular style-bar where you can open your senses to new taste sensations (lychee and cardamom martini, anyone?) and a smart, low-key dining room set with white linen. Both are abuzz with City and South Bank crowds. Hara's Indian menu is focussed on fresh, light, clear flavours, really Indian fine dining, featuring dishes like starter of tandoori-grilled salmon dill bahar, main course of Hara's own take on chicken tikka with a side of rather special dah makhani. The service is particularly excellent.
