Hamilton’s Bar and Kitchen is a quirky gastro pub located only five minutes away from Edinburgh’s famous Prince Street in the village of Stockbridge. With moody purple walls and chocolate leather lounges, Hamilton’s restaurant is home to Roald Dahl-esque dishes such as haggis spring rolls, venison steak with chocolate and chilli sauce and the house cocktail, Keeping Up With The Hamiltons - a fusion of lemongrass vodka, elderflower cordial and ginger ale.
